AI image The Punggol Regional Sport Centre is one of the largest sports infrastructure projects in Singapore's northeast. Sitting at 11 Sentul Crescent, the complex will include a 5,000-seat FIFA-compliant stadium, 20 badminton courts, a water sports centre, a gym, and a swimming complex with five pools. It is being built by a joint venture of Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Keong Hong Construction.
The sports centre sits behind the One Punggol integrated hub and will serve the rapidly growing Punggol and Waterway neighbourhoods.
The swimming complex is the standout feature for residents. The 50-metre infinity-style competition pool will have 8 lanes, complemented by a sheltered training pool with underwater viewing panels. A diving pool, interactive leisure pool with jacuzzi, and a learner/kiddy pool complete the lineup.
Punggol Regional Sport Centre is scheduled to open in 2026. An exact opening date has not been announced. These are the official and reported updates behind that status.
